The end of the current cashless system: everything you need to know

As announced in early March, the current cashless system for payments inside the stadium will be permanently discontinued after the last match of the season against Dender on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

This change is part of our desire to improve the stadium experience and adapt to new consumption habits.

Refund of your remaining balance:

From May 19 to May 31, 2025

From Monday, May 19 until May 31 inclusive, you will be able to request a refund of the remaining balance on your card. Please follow the steps below to check your refund eligibility and, if applicable, submit your request:

STEP 1 — Check your eligibility for a refund

Step 1.1 – Card type

According to our terms and conditions, only ‘personalized’ cards are eligible for a refund.

  • Personalized cards: Season ticket, Red Card, Gold Card, Company Card, Club Card
  • Non-personalized cards: grey consumption card

Step 1.2 – Minimum refundable amount

As stated in the policy, a €5 administrative fee will be charged for processing the refund. Therefore, you may only request a refund if your remaining balance exceeds this amount.

If you meet the above conditions, proceed to Step 2.

STEP 2 — Fill out the online form

To submit your request using the form below, please prepare the following:

  • Your member number (RoucheID, formerly CUS number), or the company name printed on the front of the card
  • A copy of your ID (front and back)
  • The IBAN account number for the refund and the BIC code of your bank
  • Your card or subscription number (starting with 04 or 06)

Refunds will be processed during the month of June 2025.
Any requests submitted outside of this form will not be considered.
