You can convert your physical season ticket into a digital card that can be added to your phone’s Wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). Once added, your card will remain permanently available on your smartphone.

Steps to add your card to the Wallet
- Log in to your ticketing account at ticketing.standard.be.
- Go to the Your Account tab.
- Scroll down to the Cards section, then click the button to access the details of your card.
- Click on Send an electronic ticket for mobile.
- Copy the provided link.
- Paste this link into your phone’s internet browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
- Then add the digital card to your Wallet when the option appears on screen.
Good to know
- Perform this process directly on your phone in order to add the card to your Wallet.
- Once added, the card is accessible even without opening the ticketing website.
Troubleshooting
I do not see the “Cards” section
- Make sure you are logged in with the correct account (the one used to purchase the season ticket).
- Try logging out and logging back in.
I do not see the “Send an electronic ticket for mobile” button
- Open the details of the correct card in the Cards section.
- Try using a different browser on your phone.
The link does not work
- Make sure you copied the entire link.
- Paste the link into the address bar, not into a search engine.
- If the problem persists, please contact our support and include a screenshot.
