I bought a dematerialized subscription. How can I find it in my account?

Here’s the step-by-step process to access your digital season ticket (Wallet) from your ticketing account:

1. Log in to your ticketing account at https://ticketing.standard.be
2. Go to the "Your account" page (top right on desktop, bottom right on mobile). You'll land on a page listing all products linked to your account.
3. Scroll down to the relevant season ticket and click the small grey box at the bottom right.
4. Once on the season ticket details page, click on “Go to card”
5. Then click on “Send Mobile E-ticket”
6. You will then receive a link to your digital season ticket, which you can add to your mobile wallet.
