Q: What happens to the balance on my consumption card at the end of the season?
A: The balance on QR consumption cards expires at the end of the current season. We encourage you to use your full credit during the final matches at the stadium. The balance will be reset after our last match of the season (For 25-26: May 23, 2026).


Q: Can I get a refund for the remaining balance on my card?
A: No, in accordance with our new terms and conditions, no refunds are possible. However, you can use your balance down to the last cent thanks to split payments (see below).


Q: What if I have €2.00 left on my card but my drink costs €5.20?
A: It's very simple! At bars and sales points, you can ask to use the remaining €2.00 on your QR card and pay the remaining €3.20 by bank card (Bancontact). This is the best way not to lose anything.


Q: Should I throw away my card at the end of the season?
A: Absolutely not! Keep your QR card safe. It will be reset to zero for the next season and you will be able to top it up again at the usual cashless points.


Q: How can I check my balance?
A: Simply scan the QR code on your card with your smartphone. You will be redirected to a dedicated page showing your current balance and your consumption history.


Q: Can the QR card be used in the Fanshop?
A: Unfortunately not. These cards can only be used at food and beverage points.
