The RoboticketID is the unique identifier linked specifically to your ticketing account. It can be used when you want to buy tickets for someone else, or when you wish to link a relative’s account to yours.
How to get a RoboticketID?
- By creating a MyStandard account and then connecting it to our ticketing service
- By visiting the ticket office with your ID card to create a MyStandard account.
Where to find your RoboticketID?
On our ticketing platform:
- Log in to our ticketing service using your MyStandard account
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click on "Your Account"
- Your RoboticketID will be displayed next to your first name, in parentheses.
On your MyStandard account:
- Go to MyStandard
- Your RoboticketID is displayed on your profile.
