How to resell your seat and receive a voucher on our official platform?

We are excited to announce the launch of our official resale system for season ticket holders! For certain high-demand matches, you will now have the opportunity to resell your seat directly through our platform. If your seat is successfully resold, you will receive a voucher that can be used on all our ticketing products.


1. How to resell your seat?

If you are a season ticket holder and wish to resell your seat for a match, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ticketing account on our platform.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner and select "My Account".
  3. Scroll down to the "Season Tickets" section and select the relevant subscription.
  4. Find the match for which resale is available and click on "Resell My Seat".
  5. Confirm the resale.

👉 Your seat is now available for resale. If another supporter purchases it, you will receive a voucher as compensation.


2. What compensation will you receive for reselling your seat?

If your seat is successfully sold through our official resale system, you will receive a ticketing voucher, the amount of which will be determined based on the match in question.

📌 Important: This voucher can be used to purchase new tickets, a season ticket, or any other ticketing product.


3. How to retrieve your voucher?

If your seat has been resold, follow these steps to claim your voucher:

  1. Log in to your ticketing account on our platform.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner and select "My Account".
  3. In your profile, click on "Options" (to the right of your name), then select "Aftermarket".
  4. Check the list of resold tickets.
  5. If your seat appears, you are eligible for a voucher.
  6. If it does not appear, it means it has not been sold.
  7. Tick "Claim your compensation", then click on the validation icon on the right.
  8. Confirm your choice by clicking "Yes".
  9. Click on "Go to Voucher" to retrieve your promo code.
