How to resell your seat and receive a voucher on our official platform?

We are pleased to announce the launch of our official resale system for season ticket holders. For selected high-demand matches, you will now have the opportunity to resell your seat directly via our platform. If the resale is successful, you will receive a voucher that can be used on all our ticketing products.
 


1. How can you resell your seat?

If you are a season ticket holder and wish to resell your seat for a match, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ticketing account on our platform.
  2. At the top right (bottom right on mobile), click on "My Account", then select "Season Ticket Management".
  3. Click on the relevant match and select "Resell my seat".
  4. Confirm the resale.

👉 Your seat is now available for resale. If another supporter purchases it, you will receive a voucher as compensation.


2. What compensation do you receive for the resale?

If your seat is sold via our official resale system, you will receive a ticketing voucher. The amount will be determined based on the match concerned.

📌 Important : This voucher can be used to purchase new tickets, a season ticket, or any other ticketing product.


3. How can you retrieve your voucher?

If your seat has been resold, please follow these steps to retrieve your voucher:

  1. Log in to your ticketing account on our platform.
  2. At the top right, click on your name, then select "My Account".
  3. On your profile, click on "Options" (to the right of your name), then on "Aftermarket".
  4. Check the list of resold tickets.
    • If your seat appears, you are eligible to receive a voucher.
    • If it does not appear, it means that it has not been sold.
       
  5. Select "Retrieve your compensation", then click on the validation icon on the right.
  6. Confirm your choice by clicking "Yes".
  7. Click on "Go to voucher" to retrieve your promo code.

4. Frequently asked questions

What happens if my seat is not sold?

If your seat is not sold, it will remain available for sale to the general public, but no voucher will be issued to you.

Can I cancel my resale?

No, placing your season ticket up for resale is an irreversible action. 

How long is my voucher valid?

The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date the promo code is issued.
