Article 1
Anyone entering the complex acknowledges (the provisions of) these Regulations, accepts them, and complies with them. The Internal Regulations are displayed clearly and visibly at the entrance of the stadium complex.
Article 2
Any holder of an admission ticket or special permit issued by the organizer enters the stadium complex entirely at their own risk. The organizer cannot be held liable for theft or accidents.
Access to the Stadium Complex
Article 3
Anyone presenting themselves at the stadium entrance must possess either a valid admission ticket or a special permit granted by the organizer, indicating the authority to enter the stadium. The admission ticket grants a one-time entry to the stadium. Everyone in the stadium must always hold this admission ticket or special permit.
Article 4
If applicable, the assigned seat in the stands or zone is indicated on the admission ticket.
Article 5
Persons without a valid admission ticket, special permit, or a legitimate reason for their presence (such as security or emergency services) will be denied access or immediately removed from the stadium. The purchaser or acquirer and any transferor of the admission ticket or special permit are jointly and severally liable with the final holder for any damage caused by them in the stadium.
Inspection and Surrender of Items
Article 6
Anyone entering or wishing to enter the stadium, including those with an admission ticket or special permit, submits to the inspection of their ticket or special permit. If stewards are present, they may ask persons entering the stadium to voluntarily undergo a superficial inspection of their clothing and baggage to detect objects that could disrupt the match, endanger spectator safety, or disturb public order. Stewards may also request the surrender of items that could disrupt the match or compromise safety or order. Stewards will decide which items may be temporarily stored for return after the match. The depositor voluntarily surrenders these items without charge and receives a ticket. The deposited item will only be returned upon presentation of this ticket after the match. Articles 1915 to 1954quater of the Civil Code apply.
