I'm a season ticket holder and I can't get 10% off my order with my membership number. What should I do?

You need to enter your season ticket code (RoucheID/CUS) in the "Apply code" box and then press "Apply".

If this doesn't work, you need to contact our customer service department by e-mail at merchandising@standard.be, giving all my details and my subscription number (RoucheID/CUS).
