What are the salesterms and conditions for Fanshop and Eshop ?

Physical fanshop:

Any purchase made in the fanshop cannot be refunded. You will receive a voucher valid for 1 year for the return of an item.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase on presentation of the receipt and the item label.

Please note: personalised items cannot be exchanged.
