My order does not appear in my account

If you have not created an account, you do not have access to your order history. However, you will receive information by email about the preparation of your order.

  • If it is by Bpost, you will receive a link from Bpost indicating that it is their service that will take care of your order
  • If it is by Mondial Relay, you will also receive an email indicating that they will take care of your parcel
  • If your order is to be collected from a T1 or T2 Fanshop, you will receive an email telling you when it is ready for collection.
