If you have not created an account, you do not have access to your order history. However, you will receive information by email about the preparation of your order.
- If it is by Bpost, you will receive a link from Bpost indicating that it is their service that will take care of your order
- If it is by Mondial Relay, you will also receive an email indicating that they will take care of your parcel
- If your order is to be collected from a T1 or T2 Fanshop, you will receive an email telling you when it is ready for collection.
