There are two possible situations here:
You do not wish to obtain a new physical card
Even if you lose your physical card, you still have access to your season ticket in digital form, which you can add to your "wallet" on your smartphone.
You wish to obtain a new physical card
You can come with your ID card to the ticket office during our opening hours, or to the counter before the match on matchdays. We will then be able to reprint a new card for you for a fee of €20.
In case of theft, we will reprint the card free of charge, provided that you supply proof of the theft (police report, etc.).
