The seats in DEF3 and E4 are reserved blocks for animation groups/supporters' clubs. If seats become available in these blocks, these groups have priority for purchasing season tickets for their members.
So, as you may have understood, it is necessary to affiliate yourself with a supporters' club to hope to obtain a season ticket in DEF3 or E4.
