To be able to add your friends/family to your account, it is first necessary for everyone to have a MyStandard account and to have validated their identity in our system. If you are over 16 years old, find out how to register here. If you want to register someone under 16, click here.
Here is the step-by-step process to add an acquaintance to your account:
Step 1: Add a friend
- Go to ticketing.standard.be and click on "Sign in" (If you don't have an account, click on "Create an account" and follow the registration process)
- Once logged in, go to "Your Account" Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Add a friend"
- To send a friend request, the person must be registered in our system. Enter the RoboticketID or email linked to your friend's account, then click on "Add to friends and family"
- Your request is then validated and will be pending validation on your friend's side, who will need to accept the request
Step 2: Accept a friend request
- Go to ticketing.standard.be and click on "Sign in"
- Once logged in, go to "Your Account" Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will see a pending request Accept the request by clicking on the request acceptance icon ("V")
Step 3: Purchase for yourself and your friends
Once the two accounts are linked, you can purchase for yourself and the person now linked to your account
To buy multiple tickets:
- Go to ticketing.standard.be and click on "Sign in"
- Select the match/product for which you want to make a group purchase
- Then select the seats
- Once in your basket, you can assign each seat to yourself and your friends by clicking on "Assign"
- Once the seats are assigned, proceed to payment, and enjoy the match!
