I would like to create an account for my child under the age of 16.

You would like to attend a Standard de Liège match with your child under the age of 16, but they are not registered yet? You are in the right place. There are two possible cases.

1. Your child is 12 years old or older

If your child is 12 years old or older, their account must be linked to an email address. They can therefore create an account themselves on "MyStandard" without any issue. They will then have a ticketing account that they can use to purchase tickets. Once they turn 16, they will need to verify their identity through the system.

2. Your child is under 12 years old

Here is the procedure to create an account for your child:

  1. Log in to your account on https://ticketing.standard.be
  2. Go to your account and scroll down to "Friends and Family"
  3. Click on "Add a Child", then on "Add New"
  4. Enter the child’s details: last name, first name, date of birth, gender, and add the child

PLEASE NOTE: if the child already has an account in the system, you need to add them to the parent’s account by entering their RoucheID instead of clicking on "Add New". However, you will only be able to create an account for them if they are under 12 years old.

It is also possible to create an account for the child when assigning seats in the basket:

  1. When you are in your basket, click on "Assign" next to the relevant ticket
  2. If the child does not yet appear or does not exist, click on "Add a child"
  3. You will then be redirected to your account, where you can follow the procedure described above.
