1. Register online

- Visit the MyStandard platform
- Start the registration process by entering your email address
-
If you already had an account linked to your email in the past: Use the same email address to log in.
-

-
If an account is already linked to your email: Click on "Send a confirmation link" and follow the steps described in the email you receive.
Note: One email address can only be linked to one account. If you want to create multiple accounts, each person must complete the process using their own email address.
- If your email hasn’t been linked to any account yet: Just follow the online registration process.
- Once your account is created, you’ll be able to connect your profile with our various services: ticketing, fanshop, and the app (under the "Services" tab on the left menu).
You will also have access to all your personal information, which will be editable later on with the launch of a more advanced version of "MyStandard".
2. Verify Your Identity
If you want to attend a Standard de Liège match and purchase a ticket in your name, you must first have created your MyStandard account and verified your identity*.
To do so:
- Go to our ticketing platform
- Click on "Log in" if you are not already connected
- Then click on your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen and select "Your Account"
- On the right side of your screen, click on "Options" then select "Identity Verification"
- Follow the proposed identification process:
- If you are 16 years or older and of Belgian or Dutch nationality: Use ItsMe for a quick, smooth and efficient identification
- If you are not of Belgian or Dutch nationality: Follow the verification process using the Onfido system
- Once your identity is verified, a small icon will appear next to your profile on our ticketing platform. You will then be able to proceed with ticket purchases.
* In accordance with the Royal Decree on Ticketing and Football Law applied in Belgium, anyone wishing to attend a professional football match must be authenticated and registered with the club beforehand using their identity card, in order to obtain a nominative ticket that matches the person actually entering the stadium.
3. Register at the ticket office
You can also register by visiting the ticket office with the identity cards of the people for whom you want to create an account.
