Balance transfer

I'd like to transfer money to a card that isn't in my name. Is this possible? Why hasn't my old season ticket balance been transferred automatically? Can I obtain a history of transactions made with my card? I have a grey cashless card. Can I request a money transfer from the grey card to another? I have a new card. How do I transfer the money from my old card to my new one?
