Do you have an account with us but are unable to log in to MyStandard?
Do you see the following message: "Your invitation link is not valid. Try requesting a new link via the login screen." ?
Unfortunately, account confirmation emails sometimes take a while to arrive in your mailbox, especially if you use Outlook.
Here is what you should do:
- Go back to https://rscl.unidy.de.
- Enter your email address, then click “Continue.”
- A message will appear indicating that a confirmation email has been sent to you.
- Wait at least 3 to 5 minutes before requesting a new link. If you still have not received an email by then, you can try again.
- If it still does not work after the second attempt, you can contact us.
What actually happens is that if you request a new link too quickly, the first link—which arrives a bit later in your mailbox—is deactivated. So by the time it reaches your inbox, it is no longer functional.
