I can't connect to my MyStandard account

Do you have an account with us but are unable to log in to MyStandard?

Do you see the following message: "Your invitation link is not valid. Try requesting a new link via the login screen." ?

Unfortunately, account confirmation emails sometimes take a while to arrive in your mailbox, especially if you use Outlook.

Here is what you should do:

  1. Go back to https://rscl.unidy.de.
  2. Enter your email address, then click “Continue.”
  3. A message will appear indicating that a confirmation email has been sent to you.
  4. Wait at least 3 to 5 minutes before requesting a new link. If you still have not received an email by then, you can try again.
  5. If it still does not work after the second attempt, you can contact us.

What actually happens is that if you request a new link too quickly, the first link—which arrives a bit later in your mailbox—is deactivated. So by the time it reaches your inbox, it is no longer functional.
