I am unable to log in online; my ID card is "already linked to another account"

Some of our fans may be registered in our system with their ID card (having come to the ticket office on match day, for example), but that this card is not linked to their phone number, the unique means to log in to their online ticketing account.

If you encounter this type of error message, please fill out our online form.

Make sure your name, first name, phone number, and email address are provided. We will then take the necessary steps to resolve this technical issue, and you will be informed once it is resolved.
